Rationale: Tech names are beginning to show initial signs of leadership in this classic bottoming process. Large sideline cash, continued negative sentiment(contrarian) , high historical equity values, and forward looking economic/political positives continue to bolster the domestic equity markets.

Targets: 103. then $120
